26th October 2014 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 20-30mph Surf / Sea State: Big lumps and white water Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: I started on a 5.5 but changed down after one run to a 4.5 as the wind had picked. It was hard work getting through all the white water with some big lumps and bits of waves and all very close together. Good to get out the back and some nice rides back in. A good workout :) |
